Today's EAT Challenge encourages you to give homemade holiday gifts or offer gifts of your time or service as opposed to store bought gifts. Not only are these gifts more heartfelt but they are much better for the environment. Sustainability is all about reducing natural resource usage. Buying less equals a more sustainable planet.
