Announcements: Monday, December 2, 2019 A Day

December bus passes are now available for purchase. Please see Mrs. Steffy in the main office.

This year Envioronmental Awareness Team is doing challenges the whole month of December to bring environmental awareness to students at CFHS, and they all are HOLIDAY themed! We consume a lot of natural resources during the holidays, so if you can find a way to participate in these challenges, you can not only have a fun time during the holidays but also reduce its impact on the planet. The first holiday challenge is to shop local. Shop local Saturday just passed, but that doesn’t mean shopping local has to stop. When you shop local, it stays local. By spending money at local stores, jobs are created in your community, people do not drive as much to shop and products are not being shipped all over the country. All of this can help reduce carbon emissions. Shopping local usually involves little packaging compared to online shopping and the shipping of those products. Happy holidays from the Environmental Awareness Team!

There is a Girls Soccer Preseason meeting TODAY (Monday Dec. 2nd) at 3:20 pm in Ms. Anderson's classroom to discuss optional preseason weight lifting and open gyms.

The John Deere Early Talent Program will be here to meet with interested students on Monday, December 9th during Power Hour. We will meet in the auditorium. If you would like more information on this program, please plan on stopping in to talk with the program directors and get any of your questions answered.

Follow the Tigers: JV and Varsity Wrestling meet will begin at 5:00 pm at Waterloo East High School.
