The CF FCA will host 5th Quarter tonight after the varsity football game at Nazareth Lutheran Church. Pizza and water will be provided. All students are welcome to attend.

Information for Trunk or Treat Sunday - First of all, thank you if you are participating. This is such a fun event. Cars can start to set up at 12:00 pm but please no later than 12:30 pm, so we are all ready to go by 1:00 pm for the Trunk or Treaters. Also, remember to bring candy to pass out. There is usually at least around 200 little ones so please plan ahead. See you on Sunday.

A representative from Upper Iowa University will be here on Monday, October 28 during 4th period. Interested students should sign up in Counseling or Schoology.

Follow the Tigers: Sophomore Football game will begin at 5:00pm followed by the Varsity at 7:15 pm at the UNI Dome.

SATURDAY: Girls' Sophomore Swimming and Diving MVC meet will begin at 9:30 am at Linn-Mar; the Tiger Cheer Invite will begin at 10:00 am at CFHS; All State Music auditions will begin at 7:00 pm at Hampton-Dumont High School.

REMINDERS: Please join us on Monday, October 28th at CFHS for a very interesting and helpful evening. Let's Talk Mental Health: A Community Conversation will help you understand one family's journey dealing with mental health issues. Joan Becker will share the story of her son and how their family dealt with his mental illness and what has happened since he shot the Parkersburg football coach ten years ago. The keynote will start at 6:00 p.m. but join us at 5:30 p.m. to walk around and visit with community and school organization and agencies. The folks at these tables will help you learn about what kinds of support is available for different needs. There will also be smaller sessions after the keynote focusing on suicide prevention, teen addiction and anxiety and a few others. We look forward to seeing you all there! Bring your parents and friends.

It's getting cold outside! Do you have any spare winter gear, warm clothes, or blankets? Stop by the counseling office and donate them. All donations will be taken by a student to homeless shelters around the area! We will be taking donations until next Friday, October 25th.
