Cedar Falls High School Bulletin for Friday, September 27, 2019

Announcements: Friday, September 27, 2019 A Day

A reminder that the First Christian Church next door to the high school is providing a tailgate lunch for all students and staff today in honor of Homecoming. Head on over to their parking lot during Power Hour and please remember to show your appreciation by thanking them!

As many of you know, our long time friend Gil Taiber died last May when he was in a car accident and not wearing his seatbelt. In honor of Gil, his family established the Gil Taiber Scholarship Fund to gift a scholarship to a qualified graduating high school senior. They also made car window stickers to bring awareness to vehicle safety and wearing seatbelts. The stickers are $5 per sticker and available in the office, cash or check made payable to the Gil Taiber Scholarship Fund. All the money raised through the sale of the stickers goes to the Gil Taiber Scholarship Fund. If you have any questions talk to Ms. Steffy in the office .

Thank you to ALL who helped and attended LIP SYNC BATTLE 2019-- The Grand prize went to Jeremiah Mangum and the Rest. ALL who battled are WINNERS for sure!

SAGA will be meeting in room 106 during Power Hour today. Go grab your lunch and join us!
