Input Conference & School Pictures 8/25

On Monday, August 25th, we will hold a combined Input Conference and Backpack Night for our Kindergarten through 6th grade families. This will allow your child to meet their teacher, drop off supplies, and for you to sit down with the teacher for a meaningful conversation. Please take a moment to schedule your child's input conference before 12:00 p.m. on August 22nd using the directions below: 

• For families with more flexible daytime schedules, please reserve lunchtime/evening slots for those who may not have that flexibility.

• Visit the Canyon Creek website.

• Choose your elementary building from the drop down menu and click “GO.”

• Enter the password: tigers25

• Click on the LOOKUP STUDENT ID button.

• Enter in your student’s first name, last name and birth date.

• Check the box next to the name of each teacher(s) you would like to meet with. 

• Select the time that works best for your schedule.

• Enter your email address (recommended) if you would like an email reminder sent to you (Your email address is kept private).
