2026 Spring Conferences
Conferences are approaching us! They are scheduled for:
Tuesday, March 10 4:00 - 8:00 OR
Thursday, March 12 1:00 - 8:00
Canyon Creek Scheduler is open. Below is how to sign up for your conference time.
Canyon Creek Conference Scheduling:
Parent/Student/Teacher Conferences are approaching Tues. March 10 and Thurs. March 12. The scheduler closes Friday, Feb. 27.
Here is the link to sign up for a time to visit with your child’s teacher. Follow these directions:
- From the homepage, choose Orchard Hill from the drop down list and click “GO”
- Enter the school password: tigers26.
- Click on the LOOKUP STUDENT ID button.
- Enter your student’s first name, last name and birth date.
- Check the box next to the name of each teacher you would like to meet with.
- If you have more than one student in the school you can see all of your students’ teachers’ schedules at one time by answering YES to this question,”Do you want to schedule conferences for another student?” If you only have one student, answer NO to that question.
- You will see available time slots for each teacher you selected.
- Choose the time that works best for your schedule.
- Enter your e-mail address (recommended) if you would like an email reminder sent to you.(Your e-mail is kept private.)
- Once you have finished you can confirm your appointment details and print your conference schedule.
- Write down the confirmation number ( You will need this if you need to cancel your appointment.)
