Of course Read Across America Week and Day is a time to celebrate all that reading can offer!  This year we added a touch of fun by having dress up days each day of the week.  The themes were: Monday - Be a proud Reader in America wear red, white, and/or blue;T-shirt Tuesday -  enjoy your favorite book and wear your favorite t-shirt; Wednesday - dress wacky from head to toe for Wacky Wednesday; Thursday - wear crazy socks and/or a hat; and Friday - I'm not Getting Out of Bed - wear pajamas.
