Student Life Holmes Junior High9th graders interested in esports- Please fill out this form with your information and select the games you are interested in playing. All players will compete mostly from home during the Spring Season, but we will be looking at using the arena for 1 or 2 times a week after school. Due to the number of players, district guidelines, and guidance from local and state agencies regarding COVID mitigation strategies, we feel that this will allow us for the most continuity throughout the season.
If you are interested in competing in a game but don’t have the correct equipment or software, we have limited availability of devices and licenses that you can check out if needed.
This form must be completed by March 4th, 2021.
7th and 8th grade boys track will have a pre-season meeting on Thursday, March 4th at 7:45 AM in the Old Gym. We will discuss important team information at the meeting. If you are unable to attend, please let Coach Rottinghaus or Coach Mueller know. Make sure you sign up on one of the sign up sheets posted around the school.
High School Softball Players Grades 8-12:
We will open the indoor hitting facility starting next week on Mondays and Wednesdays. Mondays will open 5:00-6:30 and Wednesdays will open 4:30-6:00. The hitting facility is located at Robinson-Dresser Field on West 12th St. Contact Coach Chidester with questions.
Any 7th or 8th grade girl who missed the track meetings please stop in and see Mr. Becker in room 44 this week to get information!
There will not be ECHOES or ALT next week, March 8-11, due to parent-teacher conferences.
The high school will be offering men’s state basketball shirts. You can go to the high schools athletic page to order and pay for your shirts online. The link will be available until 3pm on Friday, March 5th. Shirts will need to be picked up at CFHS Tuesday, March 9 in the afternoon.
