Special Minor's Restricted License Info

Would you like more information about the Special Minor's Restricted License?

It is very important to follow steps in this order so you are prepared for your appointment at the DOT.

Step 1: Review the following site to see if your student is eligible for a MRL.

Step 2: Request an appointment for your student to meet with a CFHS Principal to go over important rules and information and to have the Affidavit for Special Minor's Restricted License form signed.

Step 3: Schedule an appointment with the DOT

Step 4: Parent/Guardian must complete the Parental Consent for Special Minor's Restricted License form.

Step 5: Attend the appointment at the DOT with the signed form from the school and parental consent form
