ISASP Testing March 31-April 3

Cedar Falls High School will be ISASP (Iowa Statewide Assessment of Student Progress) testing Tuesday, March 31 through Friday, April 3. Only 10th grade students will be testing in science on March 30. All 10th and 11th grade students will test in math on April 1, writing on April 2, and reading on April 3. As always, this is a very important time to have students in school. If you have plans or appointments that conflict with these days, we would appreciate your work to protect these days, especially the morning time frame so your student can be in school. 

Monday, March 30 - normal Monday schedule for all students (no testing)

Tuesday, March 31 - sophomore students test in science beginning at 7:55 AM.

• Juniors & seniors arrive for a 9:25 AM Monday schedule

Wednesday, April 1 - sophomores & juniors test in math beginning at 7:55 AM.

• Seniors arrive for a 9:25 AM Monday schedule 

Thursday, April 2 - sophomores & juniors test in writing/language beginning at 7:55 AM.

• Seniors arrive for a 9:25 AM Monday schedule 

Friday, April 3 - sophomores & juniors test in reading beginning at 7:55 AM.

• Seniors arrive for a 9:25 AM Monday schedule 

Sophomores will arrive at 9:25 AM for classes on Monday and at 7:55 AM for the remainder of the week for testing.

Juniors will arrive for 9:25 AM classes on Monday and Tuesday and at 7:55 AM for testing the remainder of the week.

Seniors will arrive for 9:25 AM classes every day of week.

Transportation: 

• Monday, March 30, buses will run a normal Monday schedule.

• Tuesday-Friday, buses will run a normal Tuesday through Friday schedule (not a Monday bus schedule). If any senior students (plus juniors on Tuesday) depend on busing, they will ride at their normal Tuesday-Friday bus time and we will provide a supervised study hall from 7:55-9:15 AM in the cafeteria each day.
