Today’s EAT challenge is for the shoppers! We all know how easy it is to "click and buy" on Amazon but is this practice sustainable world wide? Do you really need that pack of gum sent to you in an oversized cardboard box and secured with styrofoam or plastic air pillows? During this season of giving, search around and buy locally, check out used products that have been posted online or check out a local thrift store. We're all in this together and with small changes we can make a big difference.
