PEET JUNIOR HIGH DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS

Today is Thursday, September 27th a B Day.


8th Grade Football will be dismissed at 2:35 today.


Cross Country teams - All 7th and 8th Boys and Girls and 9th grade Girls will be dismissed at 2:20 today.


The 6B Peer Helpers students at Peet are hosting a book drive October 1-5.  Please feel free to drop off books that you may no longer need or other books that you think little children will enjoy.  Your donation will be greatly appreciated!


We are also doing a Child Safety Drive!  The items requested in this drive would be: outlet covers, baby gates, cabinet locks or faucet protectors.  Please bring any donated item to the Family & Consumer Sciences room. All donated items will be given to the Family & Children's Council.


Mathcounts will start next Thursday, October 4 after school until 5pm. Sign up with the link on Schoology, and talk with Mrs. Watson or Mrs. Cooper if you have questions.


Students who go to the gym or a classroom in the morning before school must stay there until the 7:50 bell. Do not return to the cafeteria.


Peet students, it is student council election week!  The election video and voting will take place today during 4th hour.  Good luck to all the candidates!


Picture re-takes will be Tuesday, October 9 starting at 7:30am in the library.  If you were not here for school pictures, your name has already been added to this list.  If you do not like the pictures you received, the sign-ups for re-takes are in the front office.  You must return your original packets on the day of re-takes to LifeTouch in order to get a new packet with your re-take picture.  See the office with questions.


Friday, September 28th, we will only be sending students to the HS for 1st period. All students will come back to Peet after 1st period, and we will not send any students after 1st period.


Today’s lunch will be: Mini Corn Dogs, Hot Ham & Swiss, Taco Salad, Baked Beans, Veggie Bar with Ranch, and Watermelon.
