No Echoes this week. Echoes will resume on Tuesday, January 10th. All students should make arrangements to get home immediately after school every day this week.

John Deere and the Cedar Valley Society of Women Engineers is sponsoring an Introduce a Girl to Engineering event on Thursday, April 20th for 7th grade girls. This event places girls in small groups with female engineers to work together to solve problems, learn more about engineering, and have fun. Peet will have 15 spots available, and students must be signed up by February 6th. There will be no cost to attend the event, but spaces are first come, first served. There is a sign up sheet and informational fliers in the front office.

Attention to those interested in auditioning for Cabaret! Individual acts auditions have been moved to next week on Tuesday, Jan 10th and Thursday, Jan 12th after school in the choir room. EMCEE auditions have been moved to next week on Wednesday, Jan 11th after school in the choir room. Sign up sheets for audition slots will be posted outside the choir room today after school. EMCEE scripts for auditions can be picked up in the choir room as soon as today after school. If you have any questions, please see Mr. Byersdorfer, Ms. Eilers, or Mr. Lins.

The High School Men’s and Women’s Soccer team will have open gym dates in the HS gym at 7:30pm on the following dates for all 9-12th grade soccer players: Jan 5th (Women’s), Jan 16th (Men’s), Jan 17th (Women’s), Jan 23rd (Men’s), Jan 26th (Women’s), and Jan 31st (Women’s).

Today’s lunch will be: Hot Dog, Chicken Sandwich, Oven Fries, Broccoli, and Apple Slices.
