THANKS FOR ANOTHER GREAT WEEK OF LEARNING!

PALS Family Dance will be on Friday, April 21st from 6:00-8:00 PM in the Lincoln Cafeteria and Gym! This is a family event to come and join our neon dance party! Students must be accompanied by an adult. We will have a few items for sale from Funky Mart, we will offer refreshments and have a DJ!

Our Playground Installation will tentatively happen on Saturday, June 10th beginning at 8 AM! We would love your help and a Sign Up genius will be coming!

Attendance & Lunch messages may be left at 319-553-2989 (Mrs. Czuba) now! Previously this line did not have the ability to receive messages. As always you may call the main office phone number, 553-2951, to report absences as well and any lunch questions will continue to be directed to Mrs. Czuba.

6th Grade Party Information:

Hello fellow 6th grade parents!

My name is Lora Meyer and I am chairperson for the 6th grade party!  For those of you that are not familiar, PALS generously sponsors a party for our 6th grade students as a “graduation” party before they head to 7th grade! This year, as they have done the past few years, we are having the party at the UNI Wellness and Recreation Center.  The party will be Friday May 19th from 6:00-9:00. More information will be coming soon!   The budget we receive from PALS should cover the cost of the facility rental and pizza for the kiddos.  We would love it if we could get some parents to help donate bottled water, Gatorade, chips, fruit or other snack items. If you would prefer to make a cash donation to go towards these items, that would be greatly appreciated as well!  We will also need parents to help chaperone.  Please find the attached link http://www.signupgenius.com/go/20f094fafaf29ab9-6thgrade/ to sign up for donations and volunteer positions.  If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at loraandmarty@yahoo.com.  Thank you!

Sincerely,

Lora Meyer
