E.A.T. Challenge of the Day: Make your own compost. Composting uses organic matter, like fruits, vegetables, leaves, dirt, etc. that decompose to recycle materials that would have normally been thrown away. Along with being a great natural fertilizer, composting helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions caused by rotting food in landfills. To learn how to make your own compost, visit @eat_cf on Instagram or Twitter.
