Congratulations to the 43 CF student musicians who were accepted into the 2018 Iowa All-State Music Festival. We are very proud of all these students for their hard work and achievement that led to their selection on Saturday. The 72nd annual All-State Music Festival will be held at 7:30 p.m. in Hilton Coliseum, Iowa State University, on Saturday evening, November 17. Tickets are available through www.ticketmaster.com, and Iowa Public Television will broadcast the concert.
Students Selected for the band: Olivia Heinen, Alexandra Somodi, Abby Townsend, Elise Patton, Emma Fuchtman, Antoine Cuhat, Anastasia Davidson, Sally Fry, Megan Smith, David Butler, William Sims, Jax Barry, Johnny Hartleip, Emma Cryer, Dante Verastegui, Grace Hertz, Annika Strohm, Jacob Olthoff.
Students selected for the choir: Katherine Lawson, Kellen Chenoweth, Mdison Vetter, Willa Eacret, Jamie Knox, Kalista Mohl, Lydia Ochoa, Julia Grey, Isaac Morlan, Ian Lewis, Owen Ausborn, DaQuevion Burke, Lyle Conditt, Gus Ferguson, Sam Lubs, Noah Rouw. A State Cross Country Pep Bus will be offered on Saturday, October 27 for all CFHS students in grades 9-12, parents and Junior high Cross Country runners. The bus will leave for Fort Dodge from CFHS at 8:15 am and return at approximately 3:00 pm. For more information, please see the CFHS website.
Football playoff t-shirts are available to order on the CFHS website. Cost of each shirt is $10.00. The deadline to order and pay in the main office will be Wednesday, Oct 24 by the end of Power Hour.
