Team Jake t-shirts are available for purchase. The cost for the shirt is $10. All proceeds will be given to Jake Wilson's family to assist with the search to bring Jake home. Orders may be placed on CFHS website, and payment should be given to Mrs. Steffy in the main office. The deadline to order and pay for the shirt is Monday, May 14, at 12:30 p.m.
Eligible Juniors and Seniors: the deadline to purchase your Prom tickets is 3:30 pm TODAY! Sign up on the CFHS website, then pay in the main office. Tickets WILL NOT be sold at the door! Post Prom tickets will be sold today during Power Hour and after school in the Auditorium lobby for $5.00. Post Prom tickets will be sold at the door for $10. A reminder that you will need your ticket and your school ID or a driver's license to get into the dance. The doors at the Electric Park Ballroom will open at 8:00 pm, and students must arrive no later than 10:00 pm. The dance will end at 12:00 am, followed by Post Prom at Orchard Hill Church in Cedar Falls from 12:00 am to 3:30 am. All additional prom information can be found on the CFHS website.
SAGA is hosting an LGBT+ Sex-ed discussion at 11:45 today. Bring your lunch and join us in room 106. Libby Fry, a representative from Together for Youth, will be there to facilitate our session.
Students who were not able to attend the Hawkeye Concurrent Registration will need to attend a make up session on Monday, May 14th during 5th hour in the auditorium. You need to get registered to make sure you get the college credit! You will need your Social Security Number and your Chromebook!
If you need to retake the ACCUPLACER, please report to the Library on Monday, May 14th at 8:30 a.m. Be prepared!!
There will be a meeting for all 9th-12th girls who are planning on playing volleyball in the fall. This meeting will be in the Peet Junior High cafeteria on Monday, May 14th at 5:30pm. Coach Johnson will have information/dates for summer schedules as well as for the start of the fall season.
