For anyone interested in playing Men’s Tennis during the 2018 season, there will be a meeting after school on Thursday, February 15 at 3:10 PM, in Room 106. Please be at the meeting so that Coach Suiter can give you information concerning the spring tennis schedule, practice schedule, ordering t-shirts, and answer any questions you may have about the program. Again, the Men’s Tennis meeting will be at 3:10 PM, in Room 106 on Thursday, February 15.

The CF Fellowship of Christian Athletes will meet today during 2nd shift of Power Hour in room 53. All students are welcome to attend.

Due to the possibility of bad weather, the ASVAB has been postponed and we will NOT have it on Friday. We will be in touch with the new date.

Any sophomores or juniors interested in singing in choir for next year: Auditions will be held on Friday of this week. Sign-up is located outside of the choir room (Rm. 178). Any questions contact Mr. Kranz or a current choir member.

Follow the Tigers: Tonight: Choir and Masterworks concert will be moved up to 5:30 due to the weather.

Reminders: Girls interested in going out for golf this year: There will be a mandatory meeting on Wednesday, Feb 14th during A shift in the health room. We will be discussing apparel, getting season information, the season's schedule, and other important information. If you cannot attend, please email Mrs. Youngkent BEFORE Feb. 14th.

Thinking about trying out for the CFHS Dance team? Join us for open gym practices on 2/12, 2/19, and 2/26 from 4:30 to 6:30 at Lincoln Elementary. During these practices you'll have an opportunity learn the skills required for tryouts. Visit cedarfallsdance.com for more information.

Sophomore and Juniors: During the week of February 12th, the school counselors will be coming to your English (Juniors) and Social Studies (Sophomores) classes to review the registration options and procedures for next year Please be prepared!! It is an exciting time but you must follow directions!! Core departments (English, Math, Science, Social Studies) will be entered in your classes. Check out the links on the Schoology post and be familiar with your options! We have so many great classes. Please choose wisely. CHOOSE CLASSES TO HELP YOU EXPLORE CAREER OPTIONS! Please be talking to teachers to find out more about their courses!!

John Deere Early Talent Program will be here on Wednesday, February 14th to talk with seniors who are planning on attending college and majoring in a STEM related field such as Engineering, Mechanical Technology, Manufacturing Technology, Mathematics, Accounting and other technical related fields. If you are a senior, have a 2.8 GPA or better and are interested in working with John Deere, please fill out the form that is linked below.
