Reminders:

Seniors considering the University of Iowa, due to space concerns from a high volume of applications for Fall 2017, the regular admission deadline has been moved to March 1, 2017. After March 1st, Iowa can no longer guarantee there will be space available for new applicants to enroll at the University of Iowa. Students who submit an application after March 1, 2017 will be placed on a wait list. Students on the wait list are not eligible for merit-based scholarships and will only be accepted on a space-available, case-by-case basis.

A representative from Iowa Central Community College will be here Tuesday, January24th at 12:30. Students may sign up in counseling or through Schoology.

Seniors, there are 3 scholarship opportunities available from the American Legion. If you are interested in scholarships that are easy to apply for see Mr. Van Cleve in room 251 or talk to your Social Studies teacher. Cedar Falls students have a tradition of winning these scholarships so don’t pass up this chance at easy money.
