PEET JUNIOR HIGH DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS


Good morning Peet Junior High! 


Today is Thursday, February 22nd an A day.


If you are interested in ordering a yearbook, please do so at the lunch window with Mrs. Davis by March 31st. Yearbooks are $15.


Good luck to the following Peet Tigers as they are off to wrestle at the AAU State Wrestling Championships in Des Moines this weekend: Landon Schaul, Ayden Williams, Ricky Titus, Chase Nachazel, Maddox Wilkinson, and Andrew Harrington.


According to General Colin Powell "Perpetual optimism is a force multiplier". The Good Vibes Enrichment wants to spread positivity throughout Peet Junior High. Located in the front lobby window are notecards/markers and a drop box for you to add your positive note, encouraging quote, or other good vibes. These notes will be displayed on the front window to help spread the good words to all.


Get your tickets for the Peet Variety Show! You won't want to miss this showcase of many of Peet's greatest talents. There's music, dancing, and comedy that anyone can enjoy. Tickets will be sold at the front of school starting next week. Tickets to the show are $6 each, but Peet student tickets to the Saturday show are only $2. The show times are Friday, March 1st at 7:00 PM and Saturday, March 2nd at 1:00 PM. You won't want to miss out!


Attention 7th and 8th grade girls interested in Track & Field: there will be a 7th grade meeting in room 15 Monday morning at 9:05am. 8th graders will meet Tuesday morning in room 15 at 7:35am. Please contact Mrs. Bowden if you have any questions. Practice begins March 18th.


9th Grade girls interested in joining the Women’s Soccer Team: There will be a Parent and Player informational meeting March 6th at 6:00pm in the High School Library. Please contact Coach Place Thomas if you are unable to make the meeting at alexplace4@gmail.com.


Today’s lunch will be: Chicken Patty on a bun or French Bread Cheese Pizza, Steamed Golden Corn, Veggie Bar, Apple Slices, Wild Blueberries and Assorted Juice.
