Congratulations to Ethan Gruening and Riley Gesell for being selected to represent Peet Junior High Bands at the Iowa Bandmasters Conference in May.  Ethan plays the tenor saxophone and Riley plays percussion, congratulations to both of them!

Don’t forget, this Friday December 8th we have our annual Ugly Winter Sweater Day!  Pay $1.00 in the front entrance and all proceeds go towards our Adopt-a-Family fundraiser! Student Council will be hosting an Ugly Sweater contest in the Media Center Friday morning starting at 7:40am!  Categories are Ugliest Sweater, Most Creative, Most Holiday Spirit, and Best Overall!  It should be a blast, so don't forget to participate by paying $1.00 and heading to the Media Center!

Any student interested in being a part of this year's Cabaret Show should attend ONE of the two meetings we are offering this week. Come to the choir room (room 54) on Wednesday, Dec. 6th OR Thursday, Dec. 7th at 3:05 pm for an informational meeting regarding this year's show. The meeting will be finished no later than 3:30 pm. We will be going over important dates for rehearsals and auditions, ways to be involved in the show, and answer any questions you might have! If you are unable to attend either of the two meetings offered, please see Mr. Byersdorfer, Ms. Eilers, or Mr. Lins for the information. Cabaret is a great way to get involved and a great opportunity to showcase all the amazing talent we have here at Peet Junior High. We can't wait to get this year's show rolling!
