Student Life Peet Junior HighPEET JUNIOR HIGH DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS
Today is Friday, October 13th an A Day.
Beginning Monday, October 16, all students who are not picked up by 3:15pm will be escorted to the cafeteria detention location to wait and watch for your rides. School is dismissed daily at 3:00pm and it is important you are either picked up or in an activity by 3:15pm. Students have many options for after school such as attending ECHOES in the library, ride the bus or walk home, be picked up by 3:15, wait in the detention room, work with a teacher in learning labs or participate in after school athletic activities. If you do not want to utilize the above options, you can also set a pick up location off of school grounds with your parents if your ride is unable to be here by 3:15pm. One location that is not an option after school is to wait in the front lobby or wander around the building until a ride is available. If you have questions regarding the after school pick-up information, or would like clarification, please ask Mr. Boevers or Mr. Urbanek.
The 8th Grade Football A team beat Holmes last night 38 to 0. The B team lost 0 to 8. Congrats on an undefeated metro season. Metro champions!! Nice work guys!
Is there a staff member that showed you the Tiger Way? Is there someone that works here that you want to say, "Thanks for showing me you care!” Give them a shout out on the Schoology form in the student group by the end of the day on Friday.
If you believe in inclusion, diversity, acceptance, respect, expanding horizons and kindness, come to meet with other active students willing to learn and have fun. The meeting will take place after school today in the Media Center.
7th and 8th Grade Volleyball pictures can be picked up in the office.
Today’s lunch will be: Tiger Tangy Beef Burger, Bubble Up Chicken Bake, Garden Green Beans, Mixed Greens Salad, and Peaches.
