Conference Reminders

- Conferences will be Nov 15th 4-8pm and Nov 17th 1-8pm. Please keep in mind that conferences are limited to 15 mins with a 5 min transition time before the next conference. If you are unable to keep your conference please notify the classroom teacher. The office will be closed after 4pm both days. If you are unsure of where to go and the office is closed we have a directory of classrooms outside of our media center. Mrs. Johnston and Mr. Bryant will be in the building attending conferences and unavailable to be in the office.

- Report cards will be printed and go home with students on Nov. 21st. If you prefer to pick yours up from the office you may do so during 8a-4p in the office Nov 21 or Nov 22. Email your teacher or the office if you would like to pick up your copy instead of it going home. We will not be mailing report cards.

Our book fair is next week, and we still need lots of volunteers. There are over 25 volunteer spots that need to be filled! Please sign up online by going to https://goo.gl/DUynv7 or by clicking the link on the library's website.  

A reminder message sent earlier in the week: Lincoln Families - next week we will partner with our families for conferences. We look forward to this opportunity to share progress and set goals. One of our building goals is to help engage our students in conferences through the use of student led conferences. This fall, a few of our staff members will pilot this process with families. If your child's teacher or teachers are part of this pilot, they will ask you to bring your student to the conference. We will help the student to lead the conference where we share artifacts and goals. If you would like to speak with the teacher privately near the end of the conference, we would be happy to accommodate this request. Following conferences, we will request your feedback to help us improve. Thank you!

PALS Clothing Drive - PALS is sponsoring a Winter clothing drive for our students and families. We have a donation box placed near our main entrance. We will display items for families to select on table outside of our Gym during conferences on November 15th and 17th. Thank you for donating!

Please remember that students should not arrive to the building prior to 8:30. We do not have the staff available to monitor students prior to 8:30.
