Any 7th or 8th grade students interested in cheering for Holmes this summer and the fall school year, should sign up using the link posted in your class schoology group

The Spring Holmes Chess Tournament Championship will take place next week during Tiger Time starting. You can sign up for and find more information about this tournament in the Holmes Jr High Student Group on Schoology. Sign up for the Tournament ends this Thursday, April 11th at 3:30 pm. Please see Mrs. Hoekstra in room 15 with any questions.

Congratulations to Holmes Science Club. They placed first at the Science Olympiad held at Iowa State University on Saturday and made Holmes History. This is the first time Holmes has won the Science Olympiad and will go on to complete at Nationals held at Michigan State University in May. The team came home with lots of event awards including 8 first place finishes, 6 second place finishes and 4 3rd place finishes. Way to Go Holmes Science Club. We are so proud of you!
