Student Life Holmes Junior HighAny 9th grade girls interested in playing basketball this season should sign up in the front office.
If you are planning on going out for 9th grade boys basketball, a pre-season meeting will be held Thursday directly after school in Coach Rottinghaus' room, #45. The meeting will end at 3:30. If you have any questions or can't make it, please see Coach Rottinghaus.
Holmes Junior High will be participating in the district wide Food Drive. All donated items and money will go to Northeast Iowa Food Bank. The drive will run through next Tuesday, October 31.
Attention students: During tiger time today, we will have someone from John Deere talking about mechanical engineering. If you are interested in attending, sign up on the google form posted by Mrs. Johnson. She will sign you up and you will report to room 47 today.
Coach Chidester will meet with pitchers and catchers this Sunday at the high school from 3:00-4:30. Use rear entrance. We will have a special pitching coach there to work with you.
Know Your Constitution Plus will again be meeting this Thursday during Tiger Time in Room 12 for all interested 9th grade students.
There will be a pep bus Sat Oct 28th for any 9th graders interested in attending the state cross country meet in Fort Dodge. Information & sign-up is available on the athletic page of the high school’s website.
