Follow the Tigers: Boys' Varsity Wrestling Battle of Waterloo began at 9:00 am at Young Arena; Sophomore boys' basketball game will begin at 6:00 pm, followed by the Varsity at 7:30 pm at Cedar Rapids Xavier High School; JV Girls' Basketball game will begin at 6:00 pm, followed by the Varsity at 7:30 pm at CFHS; Waterloo Warrior hockey game will begin at 6:00 pm in Dubuque;
SATURDAY: Boys' Varsity Wrestling Battle of Waterloo will begin at 9:00 am at Young Arena; Boys' Varsity Swim meet will begin at 11:00 am in Ames; Varsity Boys' Bowling tournament will begin at 1:00 pm a Lancer Lanes; Waterloo Warrior hockey game will begin at 5:00 pm in the Quad Cities.
REMINDERS: Women's leadership is collecting items for the House of Hope. You can find the list of needed items on your class Schoology page. If you would like to donate, you can drop your items off in the counseling office with Mrs. Gardner;
Attention senior athletes: If you are signing a letter of intent for football or a Division I scholarship letter of intent next Wednesday, December 20th, please stop by the main office to sign up for the signing day with Mrs. Roussell. Note that all other sports not signing next Wednesday will be recognized on the February signing day.
The CFHS Black Student Union is hosting a Winter Coat drive to help Cedar Valley families keep their children warm this winter. We are accepting new and "good condition" used coats, hats, mittens, scarves, snow pants, boots, etc. Please consider donating this year! The donation box can be found in the library near the circulation desk. And thank you for your support!
