Just a reminder if you ordered school pictures in August, you can now pick those up in the school library!Juniors and Seniors: The deadline to order and pay for a Powder Puff t-shirt is TODAY by 12:30 pm! Use the link on the CFHS website to order, then pay in the main office.
Homecoming tickets are now on sale! Sign up using the link on the CFHS website, then pay and pick up your ticket in the main office. Tickets MUST be purchased in advance as they will NOT be sold at the door. The cost is $5.00 per ticket. ALL Fines/Fees must be paid in full and detention time must be served.
Sophomore Leadership will meet tomorrow, Wednesday, September 6th, during the first shift of Power Hour in room 227 to finalize plans for Homecoming! Please email Ms. Weaver if you cannot attend.
Are you interested in making a difference in our community with other students at CFHS? If so, the Volunteer Club is meeting on Friday, Sept. 8 during the second shift of Power Hour in the library. Last year volunteer club members volunteered at the food bank, held bake sales, maintained recycling bins around the building, assisted with events at Hartman reserve and helped keep the school grounds clean. Everyone is welcome, there are so many ways you can make a difference.
SENIORS! Please plan on attending a meeting in the HS Auditorium this week to get important information from the Counselors about: Graduation, Commencement, post-secondary planning and other essential events for this year! You can choose to attend either meeting on Thursday, September 7th during the 1st Shift Power Hour, or Friday, September 8th during the 2nd Shift Power Hour. Plan to prioritize your time to attend one of these meetings so you don't miss out!!!
Are you interested in becoming a leader in your community by mentoring a student from one of our elementary or middle schools? Then please join us for our informational meeting about Tiger Pals Wednesday, September 6th during 1st shift of Power Hour in room 160. If you are interested but are unable to make the meeting, please reach out to Mrs. Llerena or Mrs. Droste.
The CFHS Black Student Union invites you to an Ice Cream Social in the Tigers Den this Friday during 2nd shift of Power Hour. Sophomores who attend will be excused from their Power Hour. Bring your friends and come find out what the BSU is all about!
Follow The Tigers: Sophomore and JV volleyball will begin at 5:30 pm, followed by the Varsity at 7:00 pm at Holmes Jr. High; Boys' Varsity Golf Metro meet will begin at 1:15 pm at Irv Warren Memorial Golf Course in Waterloo; Girls' JV and Varsity Swimming meet will begin at 6:00 pm at Holmes Jr. High.
