Today is the last day to drop a 7th class. If this applies to you, you need to see your counselor TODAY!

Are you planning on taking the PSAT or ACT this year, and want to improve your score or are unable to sit down and review? CFHS Peer Tutoring is now offering free test prep! These include general group meetings. Check out the links on Schoology to sign up.

Reminder, today is the deadline to sign up for the PSAT. Next Wednesday, October 11th we will be holding the Preliminary Scholastic Aptitude Test (PSAT) open to sophomores and juniors. If you'd like to learn more about the what the test is, how it can benefit you, and how to sign up please visit the link Mr. Wood posted on your Classes Schoology page. Deadline to sign up is today, we have less than 20 spots remaining.

Tiger Pals first meeting & orientation training will be on Thursday, Oct 12th, during Power Hour, B shift (11:45-12:15) in the Auditorium. ALL CURRENT & prospective Tiger Pals must attend! Interested students that have not yet applied, please email Megan Droste prior to Thursday's meeting at megan.droste@cfschools.org for the application form.

Follow the Tigers: Boys' State Golf meet today at 10:00am at Marshalltown; Sophomore and Varsity Football beginning at 5:00pm tonight vs. Waterloo West at Memorial Stadium Central Middle School. Saturday: Sophomore Volleyball at Kennedy High School in Cedar Rapids at 9:00am; Varsity Volleyball at at Center Point-Urbana High School at 8:30 am; Boys' State Golf in Marshalltown at 9:00 am; Diving Meet at Muscatine High School at 12:00pm.

Reminders: Representatives from the following colleges and military branch will be here next week to speak with interested students: United States Air Force - Wednesday, Oct 11 5th period; Loras College - Wednesday, Oct 11 7th period; Luther College - Thursday, Oct 12 2nd period. Students may sign up in counseling or through Schoology.
