Registration Update from PowerSchool

I am reaching out to you personally to provide an update on the intermittent performance issues some of you may have been encountering when using our registration product over the last few days. Please rest assured that this matter is of paramount importance to me and our entire organization, and our top experts, internally and among our third-party vendors are working around the clock to fully resolve these issues as quickly as possible.  

I wanted to give you further insight into the status of our work and what we are doing to ensure a speedy and complete resolution as we understand the critical nature of the registration system to your enrollment process. 

We have reviewed the entire technology stack to ensure we leave no stone unturned. Despite the challenges in identifying the core issue, our team of experts believes to have identified the issue and have a promising solution. Our teams are working hard on testing and implementing this solution that should address the intermittent issues. While we do that, there is active monitoring of the environments, by the second, to ensure we minimize interruptions. We want to assure you that everything is being done by us to restore system performance to expected levels and we will continue maintaining a heightened level of communication with you over the next few days as we make further progress. 

Every day we strive for the highest level of customer service and experience and are satisfied with nothing less. We have made significant investments in our cloud, product and support organizations for all our solutions and assure you we are committed to finding a resolution.
