Information Needed for Incoming Kindergarteners!

Symphony Comes to Cedar Heights

On Tuesday, November 14 we had some special visitors come to Cedar Heights.  Jason Weinberger  and 8 members of the Waterloo/Cedar Falls Symphony Orchestra came to give a special performance to our 3rd-6th grade students.  We learned about Mozart, the time period he lived in, and how music was performed and enjoyed during that time period.  We also learned about the oboe, bassoon, French horn, and clarinet and how Mozart used those instruments in his compositions.  They also answered quest [...]

Cedar Heights Celebrates Veteran's Day

Each month at Cedar Heights we focus on a different pillar of character.
