Color Guard

The Cedar Falls Color Guard is made up of 12-16 members. The members are all senior high students. Members must maintain a "C" average and abide by rules governing this group. The squad performs with the Cedar Falls Tiger Marching Band at home football games as well as parades. The squad also participates in community events without the entire band. In November and December they participate in individual and team state competitions. The squad practices two to three days a week during the summer months and also attends summer camp. They do fund-raising projects with the band as well as by themselves. Tryouts take place in the spring.
