Peet students and staff: Student Council is kicking off a new awareness initiative where each month, we have picked a cause to support in an effort to raise awareness and reduce the stigma of these causes.  For October, we would like to show our support of Breast Cancer Awareness month by having a pink out day next Tuesday, October 30th! The pink ribbon is an international symbol of breast cancer awareness. The color pink identifies moral support for women with breast cancer. We hope you can join us in an effort to "pink out" Peet!

The Peet Orchestras performed an excellent school year opening concert last night.  Congratulations to the String and Chamber orchestra. You all sounded amazing and the treats were delicious!

No Echoes next week due to parent / teacher conferences. All students should make arrangements to get home immediately after school next week. Echoes will resume on Monday, November 5.

9th grade football cheerleaders can pick up pictures in the office.

There will be a Girl's Soccer Meeting Thursday, November 1st at 3:30pm at the High School in Ms. Anderson's classroom, Room 214. All 9-12 girls interested in high school soccer should attend this meeting. 9th graders will take the activity bus to the high school, and one of the coaches will be waiting by the high school office for anyone who doesn't know where this classroom is.
