9th Grade students, the 9th grade dance is this Saturday, May 5.  The dance will start at 7:30pm and end at 10:00pm. If you would like to have your formal pictures taken by LifeTouch and plan to order, please pick up a picture packet in the office.  You can also order a large group photo of all who will be at the dance.

May bus passes are now on sale at the Lunch Window.  The cost for a two way pass is $46.00 and a one way pass is $23.00.  Students who ride the bus and do not have a bus sticker on his or her ID, must purchase a bus pass by Friday, May 4th, as the bus drivers will be checking.

Bus 10 will be Bus 15 today.  Again, do not ride bus 10, ride bus 15 today!

Today’s lunch will be: Pizza Hut Sausage Pizza or Popcorn Chicken with a Dinner Roll, Baked Beans, Salad Bar and Pears.

Today for the theme of healthy relationships is communication. Communication is crucial if any part of your relationship is to succeed. Here are some tips for good communication. First of all, agree to be honest. Yes, the truth can hurt sometimes, but it’s better than being unsure if one is lying. A relationship built on untruth will not last long. Secondly, if you need to talk with someone, do it face to face. Sending a text message, an email, or even a handwritten letter can be a bad idea because it can be misinterpreted in any number of ways. Talking face to face ensures that your message gets across. Finally, if you’re upset, say so. It’s not good to have all your anger bottled up, and your friend isn’t a mind reader. If you don’t tell them you’re angry, they won’t know.
