Today is Thursday, January 4th an A Day.
There will not be MathCounts tonight. Please make arrangements for a ride home after school.
January bus passes are now on sale at the Lunch Window. The cost for a two way pass is $46.00 and a one way pass is $23.00. Students riding the bus and do not have a bus sticker on his or her ID, need to purchase a bus pass by Monday, January 8th.
Congrats to CC Lau and Emma Clark for receiving 2nd team All-Conference Honors in Swimming.
The December winners of the Tiger Way award are Marley Richter nominated by Mrs. Miller, and Lex Hesse nominated by Mrs. Engel.
Mrs. Miller writes: Marley comes in without being asked and helps shelve books on her own time before school. She always has a smile and a positive outlook on life. Marley will tackle anything without any hesitation.
Mrs Engel sent the following regarding Lex:
Lex Hesse is a model Tiger Way student. She has gone out of her way to include ALL students at PJH by making sure everyone feels welcome to participate in sports and activities. Lex started the BUDDIES program and has taken steps to ensure the program continues next year when she goes to the high school.
Congratulations to Marley and Lex as well as the other students that were nominated! We appreciate you doing the right things everyday to make Peet a better place.
Students who ride bus 5 to the high school for classes in the morning, you will now ride bus 33.
Any student interested in auditioning for the role of M.C. for this year's Cabaret show should stop by Ms. Eilers' room (room 54) to get the script after school. M.C. auditions will take place next Tuesday, Jan. 9th in the choir room. There will be times available for sign up.
The last day of pre-audition help for Cabaret is this Friday, Jan. 5th. Please see Mr. Byersdorfer, Ms. Eilers, or Mr. Lins if you wish to sign up for a time.
Small act auditions will take place next week on Thursday, Jan. 11th in the choir room after school. There will be a sign up sheet for specific times.

Today’s lunch will be: Chicken Tenders, Spicy Chicken Tenders or Corn Dog on a Stick, Mashed Potatoes with gravy, Mixed Greens Salad with Ranch and sidekicks.
