Today is Thursday, November 2nd an A Day.

A reminder that there is NO ECHOES this week due to parent / teacher conferences. All students should make arrangements to get home immediately after school. Echoes will resume on Monday, November 6.

9th Graders: There will be a Pep Bus for the football play-off game on Friday, November 3 in Iowa City. The bus will leave from CFHS at 4:45pm.  Cost for the bus will be $6, and you will purchase your ticket in Iowa City for $6.  We must have a minimum of 25 students signed up to go. Go to the Cedar Falls High School athletics website to sign up, and pay your $6 to Mrs. Hoffman in the office by Thursday, November 2 at 2:30pm.

There will be a Pep bus to the State Women’s Swim meet on Saturday, November 4 in Marshalltown.  The bus will leave from CFHS at 8:00am.  Cost for the bus will be $6. There must be a minimum of 25 students signed up to go, and the bus is for 9th -12th grades only.   Deadline for signup and payment will also be Thursday, November 2 at 2:30pm. Go to the Cedar Falls High School athletic website to sign up.  If you plan to go, you must get your tickets in advance by going to IGHSAU website.

There will also be a Pep Bus to the State Volleyball game on Tuesday, November 7 in Cedar Rapids. The bus will leave from CFHS at 10:15am and will return immediately following the game. Cost for the bus will be $6. Tickets for the game will then be purchased for $6 at the gate. There must be a minimum of 25 students signed up to go, and the bus is for 9th -12th grades only.   Deadline for signup and payment will be Monday, November 6 at 2:30pm. Go to the Cedar Falls High School athletic website to sign up, and pay Mrs. Hoffman your $6 by Monday at 2:30.

State Volleyball t-shirts are now available to be ordered from the CFHS Athletics website. T-shirts are $10, and you must be paid to Mrs. Hoffman by 12:30 on Monday, November 6th to receive your shirt.

There will be a brief meeting for 9th Grade boys interested in High School swimming today at 3:05 in the Cafeteria.

9th grade boys' basketball will have a player and parent meeting on Monday, November 6th.  It will be in the media center at 5:30 PM.  Please attend to receive important information regarding the upcoming season.

Today’s lunch will be: Chicken Tenders, Cheeseburger, Mashed Potatoes with Chicken Gravy, Spring Mix Salad, and Mandarin Oranges.
