Student Life Peet Junior HighPEET JUNIOR HIGH DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS
Today is Monday, May 15th a B Day.
We have had an increasing number of students reporting late to their assigned Tiger Time area. Starting tomorrow, we will ring an additional bell at 10:34; 2 minutes after the normal passing bell. Students will need to be to their Tiger Time room no later than 10:34. See Mr. Boevers or Mr. Urbanek with questions.
Congratulations to the 7th and 8th-grade girls track teams on their 1st place finishes this weekend at the Metro Meet. What a great way to end the season! A special congratulation to Anisia Smith, Morgan Engels, and Myah Brinker who not only broke school records this season but also broke the Metro Meet Records!
Reminder that there will be a 30 minute meeting for 7th and 8th grade boys track athletes after school on Tuesday. Athletes will hand in track sweats and uniforms and get ribbons from Metro and South Tama meets.
If you are interested in trying out for the 2017 Tiger Marching Band flag squad, come and learn the routine Monday and Tuesday this week in the band room from 3:15 - 4:30 PM. Auditions will be Wednesday after school. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Engelhardt.
The end of the year is approaching. If you have lost your charger, you need to come to the library as soon as possible to order a new one. All students must turn in a charger on the last day of school. Be prepared! See Mrs. Hendrickson or Mrs. Miller if you have questions.
Today’s lunch will be: Mini Corn Dogs, Mandarin Orange Chicken with Veggie Egg Roll & Rice, Baked Beans, Baby Carrots and Ranch, and Oranges.
