Student Life Peet Junior High

PEET JUNIOR HIGH DAILY ANNOUNCEMENTS

Today is Monday, April 10th an A Day.

For week two of April Awareness we are focusing on stress, self-care, and time management. For today, we wanted to focus on stress.  Studies have shown that your diet can influence your personal stress level. Therefore, eating smart can help you relax and deal better with hectic situations. The following five foods have earned the name of “nerve food” and can actually help towards relieving stress.  Those items are: walnuts, oatmeal, leafy green vegetables, blueberries, and dark chocolate.  Here’s to healthy and smart eating!

No Echoes tonight. All students should make arrangements to get home immediately after school.

The indoor hitting facility will be closed Monday due to unforeseen circumstances. It will resume on Wednesday.

Today, all 9th grade choir students should be released from class at 1:15pm to leave for all city rehearsal at the high school. We will meet in the lobby, then load the bus. Also, all 8th grade choir students should be released from class at 1:45pm to leave for their all city rehearsal at the high school. We will also meet in the lobby and then load the bus.
