North Cedar Leaders are Drug Free!

Red Ribbon Week was observed at North Cedar October 23-27.  Students participated in dress-up days all week to remember to be drug free.  Monday - Absolutely, Pawsitively Drug Free! - Students wore red and blackTuesday - Put drugs to sleep! - Students wore pajamasWednesday - Show you care with your crazy hair! - Students styled their hair with a crazy hairdoThursday - Turn your back on drugs! - Students wore their clothes backwardsFriday - Put a cap on drugs! - Students wore their favorite hat

Marking the Miles in Mile Club

Mile Club is off to a great start! This club is for 3rd-6th grade students who wish to run during lunch recess. The totals are in for the month of September and it appears that 4th Grade Peters' class is in the lead with 110 miles! The North Cedar School total is at 270 miles!Our current "Top Runner" for the month of September is Triven Frey. Congratulations, Triven! Students can earn mile club tokens when they turn in their cards. Remember, exercise helps to build strong minds and bodies!
