Halloween Celebrations - We will celebrate Halloween on Wednesday, October 31st! We invite our Preschool, Kinder, 1st, 2nd, 3rd and 4th Grade students to wear costumes for our parade. Our 5th and 6th grade students will not dress in costumes. Please do not have the students come to school in the costume. We appreciate costumes that can be easily worn over school clothes. Please support all students by not including costumes that will scare others or include fake weapons. We will begin at approximately 1:15 PM. If weather allows, we will go outside and around the building. If not, we will parade inside the building. Our class parties will be during the day and the times will be shared by classroom teachers. Please join us if you are able!

We are looking forward to meeting with you for Fall Conferences on November 14th and 16th! The parent window to schedule conferences is open at midnight on October 27th-November 9th. Please see the parent instructions for step by step directions for scheduling.

Would you like to volunteer for our Book Fair? Each year we host a Book Fair for our families during conferences. We will offer extended hours during conferences this year as we will hold it in our Flex Space upstairs! Each purchase helps our students improve as readers and the profit helps place more books into our school library! A true win-win!

Would you be willing to help provide a conference meal for our staff during Conference Week on Tuesday, November 13th? If so, could you please sign up here? Thank you for supporting our teachers!

Tiger Bucks Can Now Be Purchased Online! We now have the ability to do online scrip orders! Each order will help you with everyday purchases and also support our school! Orders are due by November 1st!

Here is how it works:

Go to shopwithscrip.com and select REGISTER, then JOIN a SCRIP PROGRAM.

Our school code is: E98A55LD24662

Once you have Parents and Lincoln School selected as your preferred program, create your personal login!

Add your bank information (it can take a couple days for the bank info to be approved and added to your account...so make sure to do this step right away so you are ready to order soon!)

There are several ways to order gift cards:

-Physical Cards (which will still be sent to the school)

-ScripNow (which is instant online cards that you can order and use right away in store or online!)

-Reloads (which is adding more funds to cards you already have).

Please let PALS know if you have any questions!

Student Attendance Matters! Student attendance plays a huge role in school performance. We also know that we are entering flu season. Please read this note from our nurse.

This is a friendly reminder that our students should arrive at Lincoln after 8:30 AM. Our staff are not on duty before this time and we want to be sure our students are safe! In addition, please make sure that you follow the dismissal plans you shared with staff at Backpack Night. Our staff appreciate the chance to prepare for the next day when our students are picked up in a timely manner. Last, if you choose to allow your students to play on the playground after dismissal, they should be under your direct supervision. This ensures that all students are safe! Thank you!

Are you looking for opportunities for your students? Please make use of the Fliers section of our district website!

We are pleased to announce that we have an Online Directory! This is an optional opportunity for families to share contact information with other families. Our plan is to make this available digitally. If you have a need for a printed copy, please let us know. If you would like to participate, please provide information using this link and join code cflincoln: https://www.myschoolanywhere.com/join.a5w
