3.29 - 4th Grade to the Waterloo Symphony at 1:00 PM

Spring Conferences - We are looking forward to meeting with you for Spring Conferences on March 6th and 8th. The parent window to schedule conferences will be open Tuesday, February 20th through Sunday, March 4th. Please see the parent instructions for step by step directions for scheduling. If you need to sign up after Sunday, March 4th, please contact the teacher or our office. We would be happy to help!

Iowa Assessments are the week of March 26th-March 30th: Please help all of our 3rd-6th grade students test their best by ensuring that students are at school every day that week. Please look for more information soon!

Morning Drop Off and Afternoon Pickup - We appreciate your help in keeping our students safe before and after school. We have two requests: Please have students exit cars in the morning onto the sidewalk. If they are in the outer lane and get out to the sidewalk, they can walk to our crosswalk to get to the building. Second, please do not allow our students to climb on the mountains of snow created by our plows. Thank you!

Pack 179 invites all to participate in the Pinewood Derby! This opportunity is open to all students (boys and girls) in grades Kinder through 5th. If you would like to participate, please note these steps:

• Get the official kit and rules from Cubmaster Ken at 217-621-8108

• Weigh in dates: Friday, March 23rd 5:00 to 7:00 and Saturday, March 24th 11:00 to noon in the Lincoln cafeteria

• Derby Race date: Saturday, March 24th noon until (usually a couple of hours) in the Lincoln cafeteria

2018-2019 Kindergarten Students: We need your help getting a list of all our 2018-2019 incoming kindergarten students. If you have a student who will be a kindergartner next year (2018-2019), please fill out this Google Form. Please feel free to share this post with family and friends who will have an incoming kindergarten student at Lincoln next school year.
