ATHLETIC PHYSICAL TURN-IN DATES:
Tuesday, July 31st – 3:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
Thursday, August 2nd – 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m.
Please turn in your Physical forms along with Concussion and Code of Conduct forms in the high school auditorium lobby.
Tiger Parents and Athletes, Again this year we are asking all 7-12 athletes that are planning on going out for a sport during the upcoming school year to hand in their Athletic Physical, Concussion, and Code of Conduct forms in the high school auditorium lobby during the following dates and times. We will be collecting the athletic physicals before the start of fall sports practices. Please remember that all athletes must have a current and updated physical on file before they can practice.
Please remember this is for all grades 7-12. Parents are encouraged to check their son/daughter’s current physical to make sure it is up to date. If not, please schedule an appointment this summer to make sure your son/daughter has a physical before the start of the fall season. If not, they will not be able to practice. This is an IHSAA and IGHSAU rule. Athletes not participating in a fall sport can hand in their physical before the start of their sports season. The first day of practice for Fall sports grades 9-12 will begin Monday, August 6th.
Holmes Jr High Registration/Parent help day will be:
Thursday, August 9th 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm and 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm
Pick up ID’s, school pictures, pay fees, get help with registering your student online, PATT sign up, Iowa Sports Supply (pe uniforms, some fall sports gear), get schedule

Boost Program:
August 13th- August 16th 9:00 am - 12:00 pm -For incoming 7th graders. More information to come via email soon.
