Ricky Valente broke the school record in the 10 flight hurdles set just last year, with a time of 14.21 seconds.      Ricky also joined teammates Kye Buerkle, Sidney Atkins, and Chet Schofield to break the shuttle hurdle record with a time of 1:03.65. The old record was set in 2017. Trey Campbell smashed the long jump record with a leap of 20'4&1/4 ". The old record was 19'1" set back in 1979.

The 7th grade track team ended on a high note as well as they made a valiant effort at the Metro but could not quite catch Peet who edged the Holmes squad 172-153. The squad was cited for a great effort with many personal bests on a windy and cold day.

Congratulations to the 7th and 8th grade girls on winning the metro. The coaching staff is proud of the work you put in all season. We will be having an end of the year party tonight after school in the cafeteria. Please bring running tops to be turned in.
