Student Life Holmes Junior High

We will be offering a pep bus Thursday for any 9th grader, in good standing,  interested in attending state wrestling.  Information and sign up is on the high schools athletic page.   The bus leaves Holmes at 10:30, wrestling starts at 1:30, and you will return to the high school afterwards.  The bus ride costs $6 and you will need to purchase your ticket for $10 when you get there.  You must be signed up, paid, and have parent permission by noon on Wednesday Feb 14.  You will also find tshirt order forms on the website.  The tshirt deadline is noon today.


For all 9th graders interested in playing Men’s Tennis for the 2018 season, there will be a meeting before school at 7:30 AM, in room #7, on Wednesday, February 14.


9th Grade Girls - Tennis is a Spring Sport at the High School. 9th Grade girls are welcome and encouraged to participate. If you are interested in playing High School Tennis this season, or would just like to learn more about the team -  there will be a brief informational meeting with Coach Knox and Coach Sagers this Thursday, February 15 at 10:35 during Tiger Time in the School Office.  You may pick up an informational handout about Women's Tennis in the School Office any day this week.


New this year, any 8th grade boys interested in playing baseball this summer should stop by the office today for more information.

Trapshooters who missed the meeting Thursday can pick up forms in the front office.


Attention 9th graders: if you were absent on Thursday, Feb. 8th and missed 10th grade scheduling presentation in your English class, please stop in the Counseling Office as soon as possible to pick up your 10th grade scheduling sheet. Sheets are due in the Counseling Office on Thursday, February 15th. See Miss Wittmer or Mrs. Rouse with questions.


Summer drivers ed forms are available in the office.  The are a few spots available in the March session.
