Tonight is the first night for our ECHOES program.  All students who want to attend ECHOES this week should report to the Media Center after school.  The Triple Play Lounge in the cafeteria will not be open until next week.

Any students assigned to ALT tonight should report to Room 1 after school.

Do you enjoy photography, graphic design, and/ or interviewing? Do you have a creative side? Join us every Wednesday during Tiger Time to help with creating this year’s yearbook for Holmes Junior High. Meet in Mrs. Adam’s room (room 17). See Mrs. Adam with any questions.

Junior Wildlife Society will have their first meeting of the year on Wednesday during Tiger Time. Wear walking shoes and be prepared to go outside. Meet in Room 14. Contact Mr. Welter if you have any questions.

Are you interested in making cool stuff? Would you like to know more about technology, fiber arts, or film making? Do you want to design your own video game? Come to the Makerspace this Tuesday through Thursday, during Tiger Time to see what the Holmes Makerspace has for you.

Want to search for treasure in a dungeon? Or fight a dragon? The fantasy role-playing game club will be meeting in room 15 on Thursday afternoons from 3-5 PM, starting this week. Email or come see Mr. Prouty in the Makerspace if you have any questions.

The student led group T.R.U.E. (Trust, Respect, Understanding and Equality) will be meeting during Tiger Time today. Meet in Mrs. Rouse's office. All students are welcome. We discuss/debate current topics in our community, nation and world.

A reminder to anyone running for a HJH Student Council Officer position that your video needs to be recorded by or sent to Mrs. Rouse by Today at 5 PM.

Board Game Club is happening today in Room 15 from 3-5! No sign-up is needed. All are welcome!

Congratulations to the 8th Grade Volleyball team as they claimed their second win on the season last night against Hoover. The girls play Peet on Thursday at 4:00 , come out and support your 8th grade volleyball team!

Yesterday the 9th grade volleyball team beat Waterloo East 4 games to zero. Lauren Byers served 12 straight points and Laikey Wheaton had some sweet spikes! Our next game will be Friday verse Columbus at Home.
