Candy Day at Cedar Heights 4/4
Three of our fourth grade students are organizing a Candy Day at Cedar Heights on Wednesday, April 4. Students who would like to bring candy to eat at school may do so for a $1.50 donation. The students are donating the money raised to help a local family that lost two children and their mother in a fire during spring break.
Here's what you need to know about Candy Day:
- Your student(s) may bring candy to eat at school for a $1.50 minimum donation.
- We are asking that no peanut/peanut butter candy be brought to school so that students with nut allergies do not get sick.
- We are asking that no jawbreakers be brought to school, as they are a choking hazard and we want our students to stay safe.
- If students bring gum, there is to be no bubble blowing.
Our students are hoping to raise $1,000 with this Candy Day. We hope that you will be able to donate to a great cause!
Thanks to Ben K., Kaydin J., and Zoelen T. for their hard work in putting this together!!
