State Basketball tickets can be purchased in the high school main office until 3:00 pm today. Cost is $10 per ticket.
Girls’ Soccer will have a parent/player mandatory meeting TONIGHT at 6:00pm in the high school cafeteria. Please let Coach Place know before the meeting if you or your parent is unable to make it. Her email is placea@uni.edu.
A representative from Northern Illinois University will be here On Tuesday, March 12 to speak with interested students. Sign up in Counseling or through Schoology.
Reminder: Tomorrow, Friday, March 8th is the last day to drop a class without a penalty. Students must still carry 6 classes and have paperwork completed with parent and teacher signature.
The registration deadline for the April 13th ACT is TOMORROW, Friday, March 8th. Information is on Schoology or in your email. Please see your school counselor during Power Hour if you need assistance!!
Follow the Tigers: Boys' Varsity State Basketball game will begin at 6:30 pm at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines.
REMINDERS:
The Cedar Falls High School Drama department presents Rodgers & Hammerstein’s Cinderella on Friday, March 8 and Saturday, March 9 in the CFHS auditorium. Ticket prices are $9.00 for adults and $8.00 for students – no passes will be accepted for these shows. Pre-sale tickets are now available for purchase through the Cedar Falls High School website or you may also purchase tickets at the door on the night of each show. Please see the Cedar Falls High School website for more information or contact Mrs. Steffy with any questions.
Juniors and Sophomores: Remember to have your Xello Course planner filled out before you meet with your school counselor. If you have met with your counselor, please return your course request sheet with parent/guardian signature as soon as possible.
Interested in trying out for the 2019-2020 Dance Team? Practices will be March 13th & March 27th, with tryouts happening on March 30th. Go to cedarfallsdance.com/tryouts for more information about practice times and locations. Cedar Falls students 9th-12th grade for the 2019-2020 school year are eligible to try out.
