Student Life Cedar Falls High School

Announcements: Monday, February 4, 2019 B Day

On Wednesday, February 6 all students will be required to attend power hour with their assigned power hour teacher. This is the same teacher you reported to at the beginning of the school year. Please check your schedule to make sure you know which teacher you need to see, their meeting location, and when they have power hour support time. On this day, all students will report to their power hour teacher for 30 minutes and then have 30 minutes for lunch. The purpose of this is to begin creating your graduation story.

Attention all Bus 44 riders: Bus 44 will be picking up students at the front entrance of the building only. If you ride bus 44 please wait at the front entrance of the high school.

February bus passes are now available in the main office. Please see Mrs. Steffy if you have any questions.

We would like to invite students, friends and families to a National Letter of Intent signing ceremony on Wednesday morning in the gym at 7:40 am. This is for senior athletes signing a National Letter of Intent to compete next year in college. If you're signing a letter on Wednesday and want to be included in this event, let Mr. Becker know in the athletic office.

A reminder to all track and field athletes to check on your physicals. Without an updated physical you will not be able to participate in practice starting February 11th. All documentation needs to be turned in to Mrs. Carter in the front office.

Any male student-athlete interested in Men's Track & Field should attend an informational meeting TODAY during the first half of Power Hour in the High School Auditorium. If you are unable to attend, please see Coach Homewood to receive information about the upcoming 2019 Track & Field Season.
