E.A.T. Challenge of the day: Makeup lovers, this one's for you- try out natural beauty products. Ever wonder what actually goes on your face when you get ready in the morning? Cosmetics often contain harmful ingredients that can negatively affect your body and the environment due to certain animal products, like squalene from endangered sharks, or harmful chemicals and plastics. The deadline to submit senior pictures for the yearbook is quickly approaching. The yearbook needs just one digital file or print. Digital is actually the easiest. The submission should be a vertical portrait (head and shoulder), color and have no special effects (colorization, unnatural lighting, etc.) or props (vehicles, toys, hats, sports equipment, etc.) If a print is submitted, it should be 4×5 inches approximately. If a digital file is submitted, it should also be 4×5 inches and at least 300 dpi resolution. Digital files can be e-mailed to Mr. Winkel at brian.winkel@cfschools.org. All pictures must be submitted by the day before Thanksgiving break, Wednesday, Nov. 21. We will just run junior portrait pictures in the yearbook for all seniors who do not submit pictures before this deadline.
