Iowa Assessments for Juniors: You should report to the gym at 7:50am Wednesday morning. If you should have any questions, please ask Mrs. Denholm in the counseling office.

Wednesday, March 29th, ALL JUNIORS will be taking the ACCUPLACER from periods 5-7. All students will report to the gym at the beginning of 5th hour. Please look over this information and be prepared! Students who received a note and have taken the ACT will report to their afternoon classes. You NEED to have your Chromebook CHARGED and READY TO GO. You can bring scratch paper but calculators are NOT allowed.  You will return to class after you have finished.

The Library and the Tiger's Den will be closed during periods 5, 6, and 7 tomorrow, Wednesday, for testing.

Scholarships, Scholarships, Scholarships! Seniors, it's that time of the year, we know you're antsy, but there is money to be had for those willing to work for it. Some important deadlines coming up for local scholarships...African-American seniors with a 2.75 GPA and admitted to a four year school planning on pursuing a natural science or mathematics program, see the Mal Duncan 4 for 40 dueMarch 31. Female students pursuing four year degrees, with high moral character, the Lauterbach Scholarship Application due April 1st and has 2 renewable scholarships for $1000 each. Has an educator made a difference in your life? Tell us about it, the CFHS Educators Make A Difference Scholarship is worth $500 and there are no requirements, due April 1st. Planning on pursuing a two year manufacturing degree at an Iowa Community College? There are 15 $500 scholarships available for you if you fill out the Elevate Scholarship Program. Coming up quickly there are 11 Cedar Falls Schools Foundation Scholarships ranging from $500 to $4000 due April 7th. Senior Ladies: The Lauterbach scholarship deadline is April 1. It is open to any senior girl who is attending an Iowa 4-year school. It is a $1000, four year renewable scholarship. The application is under the CF Foundation website. Please ask Mrs. Flaherty if you have any questions.

United States Army - Tuesday, April 4 at 10:30
United States National Guard - Wednesday, April 5 at 9:40
United States Marine Corp - Thursday, April 6 at 8:45
Interested students can sign up in counseling or through Schoology.

Coach Chidester will meet with pitchers and catchers on Thursday at Peet Jr. High from 3:30-4:45 in the old gym.
