Winner of LIP SYNC was Bubble Rockets including Kylie Elser, Jacque Vance, Rachael Carley, Isaac Millman, Taryn Ackerman, & Zach Carr! CONGRATULATIONS! Thank you to ALL who participated by battling and in the crowd. If was great fun!

There are 8 slots open for the October 31st Driver Education session.  Registration sheets are in the main office. Registration will be on a first come first serve basis. Any questions contact Mr. Goulden at Holmes Junior High. 

Rally Towels are in! If you purchased a rally towel, you can pick it up in the Auditorium lobby during A shift of Power Hour today. There are a few extra rally towels available for purchase. Please see Mrs. Steffy in the main office to purchase one.

Homecoming – Information is posted on the Cedar Falls High School Website

Homecoming Dance Tickets are available for order on the high school website for $5.00. You MUST purchase your tickets in advance; they will not be sold at the dance! First order your tickets online and then stop in the main office to pay by Friday at 12:15. Students who have more than $20.00 in fines and more than 30 minutes of detention will be unable to purchase a dance ticket.  Students and guests will also be required to show their current 2016-2017 school id or valid driver’s license to gain entrance into the dance. If you need a student id make sure to order a new one in the main office.

The online application for students interested in joining CF Women's Leadership is available on class Schoology pages. Applications need to be filled out by October 7th.

Materials are now available for any students interested in the 2016-2017 Know Your Constitution Contest sponsored by the Iowa Bar Association. The contest includes a 50 question open-book multiple-choice quiz and a short essay. Finalists in the contest are entered into a drawing for a free one-week trip to Washington DC. See Ms. Lake for materials or if you have questions! Completed quizzes will be due before Thanksgiving break!
